Whether you’re looking to make a full cash purchase, finance with a mortgage, or are an international buyer in need of remote assistance, we provide comprehensive support through each step of your home-buying journey.
Diaspora clients may choose from three payment options: full payment abroad, full payment in Ghana, or a Ghana-based mortgage.
Mortgage clients start by signing a commitment letter and paying a $5,000 fee. They then pay an initial 20% deposit within 20 days,
